Terms and Conditions:

• All prices are quoted in Namibian Dollar and are subject to change.
• We require full pre-payment for all bookings, and bookings are only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancelation terms for day tours and activities:

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before excursion date: we will refund 80% of the tour rate
• Cancellation 24 hours before excursion date: we will refund 50% of the tour rate
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before excursion date and no-shows: no refund
