Our Namibia Tours:

Northern Namibia

The Northern part or at least certain areas of northern Namibia have been travelled extensively by visitors from all over the world. Spending time in the famous Etosha National park one could sit for hours watching the wildlife at a waterhole. The historically significant Waterberg is another highlight. It must be one of the most endless views sitting on top of the Waterberg plateau looking south. Then there is Namibia's first Natural Heritage site at Twyfelfontein with its ancient rock engravings, sometimes referred to the largest open air art gallery.
It is possible to do this tour as a guided or un-guided option.
Maybe you choose to combine the Southern and Northern routes and turn it into one trip of 15 days. Add an additional night at any of the destinations to make the trip more relaxed.

Southern Namibia

Ever-changing landscapes define all of Namibia. However,  the southern part of our country does hold a few treasures. The Kalahari Desert, or at least the western part of the Kalahari; the breathtaking Fish River Canyon, said to be the second largest canyon in the world; there is Luderitz with its rocky bay's and German colonial architecture and the famous Ghost Town of Kolmanskop. We should not forget to mention the frequent sightings of the feral horses near Aus. Moving north, dramatic and peaceful landscapes lead us to Sossusvlei with its towering sand dunes reaching more than 300m high off the desert floor. The southern part of Namibia is the least populated part, paving the way for endless vistas that seem to have been swept empty of almost all human influence. This also means that distances to cover are big. However this itinerary has been designed to introduce the most important highlights of this region.
It is possible to do this tour as a guided or un-guided option.
Maybe you choose to combine the Southern and Northern routes and turn it into one trip of 15 days. Add an additional night at any of the destinations to make the trip more relaxed.

Sossusvlei Expedition:

Sossusvlei in the heart of "The Great Sand Sea", Namibia's 2nd Natural Heritage site. Towering sand dunes stand up to 300m above the ancient desert floor. Breathtaking contrasts of red sand dunes glowing in the early morning sun against the almost black shadows of its own shadow. Dead black trees in Deadvlei,  standing in an almost white clay pan, surrounded by red sand dunes make for surreal pictures. Enjoy the magnificent sun setting over this landscape on a sunset tour from the lodge.
Sossusvlei is a must for anyone visiting Namibia. The Sossusvlei Expedition is a guided 2 night, 3 day tour from Swakopmund to Swakopmund, ideal as an add-on to your existing Namibia itinerary.

Rock Painting Expedition:

The Namib Desert has been the home of hunter-gathers for a very long time, a long time ago. These people knew the land and the desert better than anybody today. They were also great teachers, teaching their young about all the different animals they may encounter in their lives. They did not have blackboards and chalk, their classroom was the great outdoors, they used hard quartz stone to engrave pictures into sandstone, or painting with natural paint onto granite.
These works of art, today a few thousand years old, are still visible and this short expedition has been designed to explore some of these places.
