All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions

We require full pre-payment for all day tours.
All bookings made are provisional until full payment has been received.
All bookings are subject to availability.
All reservations, amendments and cancellations must be done in writing.
No tours/transfers are considered private tours unless booked, quoted and confirmed as such.
Our tours are generally conducted in English unless confirmed otherwise.
We pick up guests free of charge from Swakopmund only. No pickups from Airbnb’s. A central meeting point will be arranged.
All rates are subject to change, and can be influenced by changes in legislation, taxes, fuel, park entrance fees and other external factors.
For kayaking: Each of our kayaks are double kayaks, however if you have an odd number of paddlers in your group, we are able to accommodate the client as a single.
A maximum weight of 190kg per kayak is allowed.
No children under the age of 4 years allowed on the kayaks.

Child rates

0-3 years travel free of charge if accompanied by at least one full paying adult.
Children 0-3 are not allowed on the Kayaking @ Bird Rock tour
4-13 years pay a reduced rate as per rate sheet, if accompanied by at least one full paying adult.
Children14 years and older pay full rate.
We do not supply child seats, but recommend guests to bring own child seat.

Cancellation policy

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay cards, as well as PayBuddy.
Transactions can also be done by completing an online authorization form.
Payments can be done to our bank accounts in Namibia.
If you are paying from outside Namibia, please ensure that the FULL INVOICE AMOUNT is paid to Charly’s Desert Tours without any deductions for exchange rate and international transfer duties.
For select countries, including Europe and Canada we also accept payments via Exchange4Free. Instructions will be sent with booking correspondence.
