Custom built/converted in Swakopmund by High-Tech Engineering, our Ford Ranger closed top safari vehicles are comfortable and allow for great sightseeing. The 2.2l Diesel engine is surprisingly strong and handles the soft sand dunes with ease. Build to seat 9 guests plus driver guide, these vehicles have individual bucket seats with hip belts and PA-System. Although not air-conditioned, the large sliding windows allow not only for great sightseeing but also for ample airflow.
For our kayak tours we use South African manufactured Fluid Synergy double seater kayaks. These extremely stable SOT (sit-on-top) kayaks have the additional advantage of a central third seat, so these kayaks can be used as either single seater or double seaters. All guests are required to wear life jackets and we offer rain gear to keep guests dry and warm. Our custom build trailer also houses a changing cubicle should any guests have the need to change on the beach. This is especially convenient for guests who have booked the

The guide kayak is equipped with the required safety equipment, including flares and smoke grenades. All our equipment undergoes an annual safety check and is certified by the Directorate of Marine Affairs. Towels are NOT provided.
